- Final shipping method used may not be the one you have selected during the checkout process, your selection will be used as the "preferred" method. Final shipping method used will be determined by Plastwarehouse based on the best option available, of equal or better overall value to your selection, at the moment of completing your order.

- Your privacy is a primary concern to us at Plastwarehouse. Our goal is to ensure the highest level of confidentiality and security. There are several places in the Site where we may ask for specific information. We may ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, address. Periodically, certain information may be shared with third parties; however, you may prevent the exchange of any information by sending an e-mail to support@plastwarehouse.com from any e-mail address that has been used to access the Site. This Site also uses “cookies” which are used to help personalize pages for specific users as well as identify the URL used to enter the Site.
- Returns & Replacements
- Merchandise may be returned up to 15 days from the date of receiving the order for a refund. Return shipping charges will be fully prepaid, we will not be responsible for return shipping charges or any damages from the return process. You must also notify us of the return via email at support@plastwarehouse.com with the return shipping date, order number and your contact information.
- Damaged merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the products. You can submit the claim by email at support@plastwarehouse.com or by phone at (281) 306-0863. Please include the order number, contact information and a detailed description of the damage.
- Ordering
- To order, simply go to "Checkout" in the top right hand corner of your screen. You will be prompted to checkout as a guest or register as a customer with us. Once you have made your selection, you will be prompted for your billing, shipping, and payment information. You can place your order when all information has been selected and confirmed. After you submit your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email and your order will be processed shortly.

- Promotions and NEW products will be available time to time on our web site , you will also be notified via Email if you registered to our Newsletter.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view your current and past orders anytime, just log into our Member Center.
- Once you have logged in, go to "My Orders" on the left hand side of your screen.
- Updating Account Information
- You can update your online account profile information anytime, just log into our Member Center.
- Once you have logged in, you will be able to edit all your information in the homepage or by clicking on "Account Information" on the top left hand side of your screen.
- Updates to your online account profile are effective immediately.
